Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ChatFMD, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

ChatFMD is intended for business use on social accounts and pages you own or are authorized to manage. You must have the right to connect any page or profile you add.

Paid plans and trials are described on our pricing page. Trials are offered for evaluation and may be limited or changed. Where a paid subscription applies, it renews for the stated period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Do not use ChatFMD to send spam or deceptive messages, to harass people, to scrape or resell data, to bypass platform rules or rate limits, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

ChatFMD drafts and can publish replies based on the knowledge and rules you provide. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for what is published from your accounts and should review sensitive topics before automating them.

ChatFMD works alongside third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and their availability or policy changes may affect features here.

We own the ChatFMD software, brand, and documentation. You keep ownership of your company content, knowledge inputs, and comment data, and you grant us the permission needed to operate the service for you.

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided on an ongoing development basis. Features may change, and planned or unplanned interruptions can occur.

You may stop using ChatFMD at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if required for security, or if we discontinue the service.

ChatFMD is provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. We do not guarantee particular business outcomes, lead volumes, or response accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the preceding twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date, and continued use after that date means you accept the update.
